Our Professional Therapists and Stylists aim to provide excellent customer service and personal care. With that in
mind a credit card number is required to secure all appointments (no charges will be made at the time of booking). In
the event of a cancellation, we require 24 hours notice. For clients booking multiple services or packages, 48 hours
notice is required. In the event of cancellation without prior notice the full amount of the service(s) will be charged to
the card. Tipping is common practice in the salon spa business. Tipping is always left to the discretion of our clients
but the rule of thumb is 15%.
